AVG Free 2014 equipped with its firewall, remind me please? You can check also Windows Firewall, if enabled. Did you right specified PC's IP in router's port forwarding page? Sounds like there is something in OS itself, it is little doubtful problem causes by your ISP connection, or by router. Just examine all variants, check all parts, pinging, open-port checking and so on, network setup, Vuze settings, ports etc. to be sure and localize things to. Vuze Connection Error Prudppackethandlerexception Mac
EVER. I took a screenshot: http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/8167/sdfsdgyy1.jpg That one seed might connect somtimes but it wont download or anything. This problem is not only with this torrent. ANY torrent i try does the same thing even if http://forum.vuze.com/Thread-Vuze-Connection-Refused theres a bazillian seeds. Im in college and we have wireless for the dorms. Im on my 4th week and everythingused to work 100%. But this week this crap started. I have even tried other programs like uTorrent and BitComet with the same results. I am assuming maybe i was using to much bandwidth or something and they blocked the school from torrenting (if thats possible) I have tried changing ports also http://forums.afterdawn.com/threads/azureus-connection-error-connectexception-connection-refused-connect.489044/ with no luck. I have no access to my router or the router page (its passworded). Is there anything i can do to get this working? Being stuck at 99.9% is SOO LAME. Understanding the cause of the message will ultimately lead you to solving your problem. The message 'Connection Refused' has two main causes: Nothing is listening on the IP:Port you are trying to connect to. The port is blocked by a firewall. No process is listening. This is by far the most common reason for the message. To determine if this is the problem, on the remote system run netstat or ss1 e.g. if you are expecting a process to be listening on port 22222 sudo netstat -tnlp | grep :22222 or ss -tnlp | grep :22222 For OSX a suitable command is sudo netstat -tnlp tcp | grep '\.80 ' If nothing is listening then the above will produce no output.
