Connection Error Has Occurred 80410d09

I have reset teh system, put all the info back in, but it still won't connect to the store or in game online at all. It's a 3000 with 6.20 installed. I have gotten an error code 80010074, but can't http://forums.gamesquad.com/archive/index.php/t-50445.html find any info on that anywhere. ANyone have a clue what's going on? No problem using the internet, had no problem downloading the update, using Skype, or internet radio. I just can't log into my account or the psp store. Never have had a problem logging into the store until now.I don't have this issue with my account on the PS3 or the store.
