I would appreciate your help in nailing down this issue.Environment:Farm: 5 ServersOS: Windows Server 2003 32 bitCitrix: Presentation Server 4.5 with HRP07 [Enterprise Edition]MS Access datastoreZones – 2 (located in two different datacenter)Published Application accessed through Web InterfaceRecently users started to complain about getting error messages when they attempt to open published applications. The error message is differerent depending upon the client being used. Using receiver users are getting error “Your app is not available. Try again later” for older client they get error “Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. The Citrix XenApp server is not available. Please try again later”. This issue does not affect all the servers at a time, however they fail one aft

This issue occurs http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/15000/100/sol15139.html when all of the following conditions are met: Your BIG-IP APM system is configured with a network access profile. You attempt to initialize a Citrix application using the Citrix web interface through a BIG-IP APM network access tunnel. The name of the destination Citrix web interface application includes non-ASCII characters. For examples of ASCII printable characters, refer to the ASCII page. Note: This link takes you to a resource outside of AskF5. The third party could remove the document without our knowledge. Impact The Citrix application does not start. Symptoms As a result of this issue, you may encounter the following symptoms: The Citrix receiver client displays a Connection Error message that appears similar to the following example:This published application currently is not available.
