Back to top Report #2 Guests Posted 16 July 2013 - 03:56 AM same happening here, tried lots of different servers from the list Back to top Report #3 TorGuard Admin TorGuard Admin Member Members 18 posts Posted 21 July 2013 - 08:28 PM If you are getting a connection timout on your torrent client you can usually resolve the issue with the following steps: 1.) Restart your torrent software. 9 times out of 10, this will usually fix the issue right away.. (especially if your using utorrent or bittorrent) 2.) Try replacing the IP with another proxy IP from your list in the torguard.net members area.. Important: Each time you replace the IP, you must restart the torrent software or it may result in a timeout error. Hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions. Back to top Report #4 Guests Posted 23 April 2014 - 09:23 AM Did that ... downloads are working, but the test still always times out. Back to top Report #5 Support Support Staff Administrators 1,147 posts Posted 23 April 2014 - 09:34 AM I wouldn't worry about that, it is just a timeout between vuze and our server - for your IP to leak the proxy would need to be removed.
