Code: 502 Proxy Error. Connection refused(10061) IP address: x.x.x.x Server: isa2004 Source: proxy Normally I get a security window (certificate), click on ok and I see the website where I can fill in usern./password. I'm able to access these websites via another firewall, it means that the isa2004 is blocking this. Homebanking via https is working. In the ISA2004 monitoring logging I see: SSL-tunnelx.x.x.x443Failed Connection Attempt Allowed ports outbound Setup: -ISA Server2004 Edge firewall SP2 - Rules name "Allowed ports outbound" = allow https int. ext. all users -Client = webproxy < Message edited by Nik007 -- 26.Oct.2006 10:52:41 AM > Post #: 1 Featured Links* RE: Error 502 connection - refused(10061) when trying t... - 26.Oct.2006 12:45:25 PM ClintD Posts: 1848 Joined: 26.Jan.2001 From: Keller, TX Status: offline It's possible that ISA is blocking it - conversely, it is also possible that the remote Sonicwall doesn't allow managemnt connections from ISA's IP address. You did receive a "Connection Refused" message indicating that ISA reached the destination host, but that host would not allow a connection. (in reply to

This is a public library. All PCs have internet access & Office 2003 programs. Library customers have trouble when accessing eBay (often very slow responses) & when accessing https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21558983/502-Proxy-Error-Connection-refused-10061-ONLY-when-accessing-https-payments-ebay-com.html https://payments.ebay.com/........... to make payments (502 Proxy Error Connection refused(10061). PCs are directed to connect through WebSense proxy servers depending on what filtering choices the user makes when logging on, or use no proxy server at all if they choose no filtering. Whether proxied or not, makes no difference. No problems accessing the same stuff from staff XPPro-SP1 PCs on the same network (different domains - PUBLIC.scld.org & STAFF.scld.org). 2 bonded T-1s to the internet thru Qwest. Anybody have a clue what my problem might be? I've checked to make sure "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" is unchecked. Library customers are going to come after me with weapons if I can't get this one resolved :-( Thanks for any help. 0 Question by:SCLD Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google LVL 1 Best Solution byDarthMod PAQed with points (500) refunded DarthMod Community Support Moderator Go to Solution 5 Comments LVL 11 Overall: Level 11 Windows Networking 6 Message Expert Comment by:gothicbloody2005-09-12 I'm guessing that the connection to the payment processing web server when used via BPay goes via a non-standard port.
