install or was it by a technician. Replied that the Comcast tech did the initial install FOURTEEN YEARS ago and I have not had a problem until the last 3 days. Then asked to check if my connections were 'good'... Said that I am receiving all channels EXCEPT 'On Demand' - The agent said that was good and that she would send a "booster signal" and all would be fixed within 30 minutes.
