Has anybody come across this error before? PayPal Direct Payment Error (12 ) We are taking orders by visa and mastercard so the credit cards seem to process alright through PPPP, transaction cannot be processed atm but we have had four orders not completed in the last couple of days and we have been getting these error messages from Paypal, so I guess this is the reason. The problem is I don't know what it means, I would be grateful for any help. It smells like a PPEC problem, but I am a bit stumped. You may want to recommend that they reach out to their back to ask why the transaction wasn't approved.
