Once on the https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/vhelp/paypalmanager_help/result_values_for_transaction_declines_or_errors.htm BANKING page you will see your bank (and credit card) accounts listed at the TOP of the page in shaded boxes. Click on the account displaying the ERROR message and look for a very small icon that looks like a pencil to the TOP RIGHT of your bank's name (inside of the shaded box).CLICK on the PENCIL icon at then select UPDATE CREDENTIALS and follow the instructions. Doing this AND following any LOG-IN or VERIFICATION https://community.intuit.com/questions/987762-what-is-error-code-101 credentials should fix the problem for you. If the message displays that your bank connection problem has been resolved then you should be able to download your most recent transactions into QuickBooks OnLine.Do this by RE-LOGGING back into QuickBooks Online (if your home page has disappeared from view). Once you log in the error message will (hopefully) be gone. You have one last step at this point. Navigate back to the BANKING page and CLICK ON the large UPDATE button at the TOP RIGHT of the web page which is located right next to the ADD ACCOUNT button.UN-SELECT the accounts that are working and only SELECT the problem account. Then click UPDATE and all of your transactions will be brought up to date. I hope this works for you (as it did for me). Was this answer helpful? In the case of a Foxycart hosted cart, that'd be Foxycart's web server. What options does Foxycart provide for me to customize the message a customer sees if the transaction fails? PS:
