The System cannot find that the report exists. This one specifically:
Report.Load(reportLocation & filename) check it using string variable like this; string getpath = reportLocation & filename; just check it if its location is the same by checking getpath variable secondly: crystal report need to login to your working database thats why it says load report failSAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual StudioWhere is this place located? All Places SAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio 1 Reply Latest reply: Mar 6, 2015 7:55 PM by http://scn.sap.com/thread/3707985 Ludek Uher Tweet Crystal report errors when executed from VB .net David Westlake Mar 5, 2015 3:22 PM Currently Being Moderated I have a program written in VB.net 2005 that executes multiple reports that are created in Crystal Reports 2008 (ver 12.0.0.683). It was working fine until I modified a report. When I execute the modified crystal report as a print preview from Crystal Reports Designer it works perfectly. If I add the report to the VB program it crashes with the following message:Logon Failed.Details: [Database Vendor Code: 18456]Database Connector Error: '[Database Vendor Code: 18456]'Logon failedNot enough memory for operation. If I add an old version of the report to the VB program it works. If crystal report error I open the old report in Crystal Designer make a change and save it then add it to the VB program it will also crash with the above message. I tried the troubleshooting steps in http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-21985. but was not able to isolate the problem. I've been working on this issue for over a week and I'm stumped. Can anyone offer a solution? 240Views Tagsnone (add) Products: sap_crystal_reports_2008, sap_crystal_reports_version_for_visual_studio_.net Topics: database Tasks: implementation, troubleshoot Re: Crystal report errors when executed from VB .net Ludek Uher Mar 6, 2015 7:55 PM (in response to David Westlake) Currently Being Moderated Hi DavidA rather strange behavior, however here are some ideas:1) The error is being passed from the db client. Thus consult your db documentation for the error. You can also try to google the error and you will get a number of hits. E.g.;Running Crystal Reports with a SQL Server Login instead of a Network Login2) Make sure you have updated your install of CR.
