The VPN addition includes OpenVPN. I'm using the PPTP server at work and at home. Works very well (using one wrt54g and one wrt54gs). To test that your setup is OK, try to connect to the PPTP server from within your LAN network. If that works, then make sure the work site has VPN passthrough enabled. Error 619 Modified on: Thu, 11 Jun, 2015 at 1:16 PM Not yet registered? It's quick and easy, sign up to our VPN Service now! Firstly, sorry you are having problems, hopefully we will be able to get you connected without much further ado. Error 619 is a Windows error that can occur when using the PPTP or L2TP protocol. It means that your computer can see our servers but is having a problem with these protocols. Usually, this is down to the local configuration, but it could indicate that something is blocking the connection (usually your security software, firewall, router or even your ISP). If you were able to use our service until very recently, try just rebooting your Internet router. Some of the cheaper ones can get mixed up and sometimes simply rebooting them can clear the problem. If this still fails, we have introduced an alternative VPN technology that uses the SSL protocol, and this usually performs better in circumstances where users are having difficulty using our standard VPN. Full instructions for setting up your connection via SSL can be found on the following links: Windows XP Windows Vista Windows 7 Windows 8 Please give that a try and if you have any further problems, get in touch by sending us an email to support@my-private-network.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.
