Question, How come the HP tech support doesn`t know about this fix? I spent many wasted hours on the phone with them.. I also had my PC at Firedog for several days with no results.. Thanks again! This has never happened before. I can still play CD's fine, it seems to only be DVDs. I have a Dell XPS 400 running on Windows XP. Any suggestions?
