Did you recently add any memory? Code LEDs 1,3,4 indicate system activity preceding video initialization. If you are using an add in card, check to make sure that it is seated properly. If it still does not work after reseating then the card may have gone bad. Also check that the adapter cables are properly plugged in. Try connecting to the on-board video and see if you get any display (you will have to remove the add-in card).
