on and do the same thing. Its just a cycle. I just ran memtest on the 16GB of new Crucial RAM and there were no problems found. The dell diagnostics indicated no issues either. The closest I can find is that a memory module may have failed (lights 3 and 4). The problem was related with the graphic card and CMOS battery. I replaced both items and now the workstation works like a charm.
