This error is most likely related to JVM (Java Virtual Machine). Before you start resolving the issue, I kindly recommend you to backup all data so you won't loose any of your information. Backup: Connect your Blackberry to your PC via USB cable Open RIM’s Desktop Manager. If you do not have it you can install it from your Blackberry CD or download it from Blackberry.com Open Backup device error and Restore Click on Backup to do a full backup. If you want to perform a selective backup hit Advanced and select which files you would like to save. All files saved have .ipd extension. You need to download the handheld software from your provider's website and run it on your computer. Then, double click on the Application Loader (App Loader) icon and it will install the new clean version of the device error 365 software (it may take up to 30 minutes).
