Error on your Panasonic DVD player (DVD-RP62) hacks Link: http://www.ledcar.com/pdvdh07/So some guy, stefan, has been good enough to post detailed instructions on how to fix the H07 (HO7 or HOT) error that our DVD player (the Panasonic panasonic washing machine error code h07 DVD-RP62) has been experiencing. Essentially, all the oil on the motor's spindle has gone dry

the spindle motor with something else (from this form post): i have repaired about 9 of these units ,the problem is with one of the three coils in the spindel it shorts sending BAdriver chip in to thermal shutdown . replace with 5.9/6volt low profile 1/2 spindel ,almost any spindel motor with thoes specs will work. Dec-04 Posted on Monday, December 13, 2004 - 09:48 GMTI bought a DVD player (RV-32) 13 months ago and while watching a movie, it froze on me then I saw the "H07" message on the display. And that ho7 insurance was it, it has not work since. I've tried to get in touch or get hp7 some support from Panasonic but they won't acknowledge or admit that there may be a problem with one of their "products". Panasonic SUCKS!! ho6 Don't buy any Panasonic products because they won't provide you with any support. But anyway, does anyone have the same problem? Has anyone found a solution to this "H07" message on the display? Let me know via https://josephhall.org/nqb2/index.php/dvd_rp62 e-mail. Thanks R Powell Unregistered guest Posted on Friday, December 31, 2004 - 16:49 GMTi have sane problem today!! Did u find a solution? David Massey Silver MemberUsername: SamijubalPost Number: 553Registered: Jul-04 Posted on Friday, December 31, 2004 - 20:12 GMTIt probably has a bad spindle motor, Panasonic is famous for them going bad. Open it and see if the disc spins, if not give it a little turn by hand, if it starts spinning the http://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-video/112851.html motor is defective. foreman202Unregistered guest Posted on Saturday, January 01, 2005 - 02:19 GMTPanasonic sucks they break bmccooeyUnregistered guest Posted on Wednesday, January 05, 2005 - 16:58 GMTActually, there is a fix for this. It is the spindle. Add a little oil to the spindle and let it sink in. You may want to do a little manual turn to work the oil in. You may have to remove some pieces to get at the spindle, but once you do, fixing it should be a snap. Can't guarantee how long the fix will last though. Just did this myself last night. I'll try your trick and see how it goes. I might use a Teflon based lubricant for the job. That stuff makes miracles. LamchopUnregistered guest Posted on Saturday, January 08, 2005 - 04:34 GMTMy sister just told me she got the h07 error on her panasonic r62 dvd player. How do I physically/mechanically get to the spindle? I want to try to do the oil trick this weekend. Maybe we can milk a few more months out of the system. Thanks in advance. Anonymous Posted on Sunday, January 09, 2005 - 06:41 GMTI purchased a RR-US360 Panasonic voice recorder (nice features, reasonable price $69)

Search for - code, panasonic, player Thank you all for this advice - i just picked up a panasonic dvd player free video player Panasonic RV32 and very first time I turned it on, it wouldn't work. It had the H07 code straight away. I spent hours trying to muck around with cords (it came without a remote) I thought it was me. Turns out it is the RV32. It didn't help that I recently was given a free wide screen Panasonic Quintrix SR TV also without a manual to use it with. I will try a clean/WD40 lube and report back if it works for me. Excited to have options. Eleyan May 2013 hi ho7 means that the dvd player needs to go Gogegina June 2011 I read all the other posts and was ready to try them but when i opened the casing i plugged the dvd back in. It did the same thing, nothing happened and the ho7 code came up. So i opened the door one more time and then closed it, when it was trying to spin i gave the dvd a nudge and the dvd took off. I turned it off and back on to make sure it was truley fixed and it was fine. I think the gears were just stuck. So before you put lots of oil on your dvd player and run the risk of damaging it more try this. Hope it works. :) Michelle September 2010 I've done this repair twice on our CV52, first time in 2004 and just today. Both times the plastic bushin
