Fair use laws differ quite a lot, so it is amazing that one judge in the US is able to cripple access and payments for this program for everyone.The other amazing thing is that DVDFab did not anticipate this and set up alternative sites in advance. Surely they've been watching the PirateBay saga. Getting a system of payment is going to be a headache. At the moment Avangate is still processing payments for DVDFab.
