I need help. I bought the movie "Bolt" today and I am trying to rip it with DVDFab

Platinum and I keep getting an error 401 code. I was wondering how to fix this as I know the dvd has no dust or scraches on it dvdfab error 116 and I have the most up to date software. I need to copy this for my nephew as he likes to put the dvd in himself. In DVDFab, when the program opens the disk, please provide the info about the disk size as reported by Fab, and also what compression you are trying to achieve. (The disc structure on some discs is such that the size is reported incorrectly) and this error message is generated. You may have to submit the IFO files to Fengtao to see if Fab needs to be adapted for this film.
