In fact, all movies. This dvdfab error 105 error is "Reading/Writing Error Control. Error while reading! Please choose what to do. Retry/Abort/Ignore/Ignore all. I have had this problem with DVD Fab Platinum 4 and recently upgraded to version 5 beta. I still have this error message. http://www.dvdfab.cn/faq/?type=dvd_copy Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. This problem ocurrs with both DVDFab 4 and 5. Could this possibly be a DVD Burner problem? It still works with Nero. What happens if I check the box "Ignore all reading errors automatically?" Will that affect the burning of the DVD? Thanks, WolfpackRon. 06-05-2008 #5 signals Nightwatchman Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 6,079 Re: DVDFab Platinum Reading/Writing Error Control It may. "Ignore" should be a last resort, but you can try it. Select a hard disc folder as the Target instead of a blank DVD so that you can play it before burning a possible coaster. Unless you are using win98, in DVDFab settings, select SPTI instead of AUTO for I/O control on the same Read page where the error control options are located. If your optical drive is on an IDE controller, make sure DMA is enabled. Make sure you do not have other software runnin

I was offered the options of 'Retry', 'Abort', 'Ignore' or 'Ignore All'. (the disc was clean) I was able to decrypt the movie but would have to select 'Retry' 5 to 10 times throughout the process and the read speed would be very slow. The read errors occurred for every movie that I decrypted. For testing purposes I put in "Monsters Inc" and it tried it with 3.0.5.0. - read errors occurred. I reverted to version 3.0.2.5 and "Monsteres Inc" decrypted with no problem and no read errors. DVD Drive - Liteon SOHW1693S Firmware KSOB The drive works fine for all other functions including burning the movies that were eventually decrypted. I am going to stick with 3.0.2.5 for the time being, but wondered if anyone else had similar problems? I should have been more clear, Yes it is DVDFab Decrypter. I used DVD Decrypter for the longest time, but ran into a couple of movies with the latest version of Sony copy protection. I screwed around with a couple of different programs that handled the settings for DVD Decrypter and then ended up using DVDFab Decrypter. I am not really up on the best way of backing up DVD's. I had been using DVD Decrypter and an older version of DVD2one for a long time. The 3.0.2.5 version worked for everything that I tried. I only updated to 3.0.5.0 because it was available. When it caused the problems I went back to 3.0.2.5 I googled 3.0.5.0 but nothing jumped out at me indicating anyone else was having problems. I am unsure if the problem is happening to others or if
