a comment Recently, we faced an issue with listener service on Windows Server. We were trying to start listener service but received error 1067. Tried all kind of RnD;

drop and recreate listener, permission nothing worked. Then went deep into oracle_home, came to the oraclexetnslistener service on local computer started and then stopped know there were two oracle_home on the same server. Checked Path in Environment Variable, it was pointing to right oracle_home. windows could not start the oraclexetnslistener service on local computer But interestingly the environment variable of oracle_home was pointing to wrong location. Which is why we encountered this error. The oracle_home location in Environment variable was then changed to the correct/required location and tried
