I am running Win XP Pro with a norton firewall and have a D-link wireless router. I have done all the usual malware scanning etc, and I removed the router but still can not get this connection to an FTP site to display in IE. I have reset all IE controls to the standard settings etc. Can anyone detail what might be wrong and how to fix this issue as I need access to this site in my Job search functions. I am unemployed at present and have lost two days here so some kind guru please come to the rescue. NOTE: I was having no problems on Friday with full activation of the firewall, and the government site is working for sue but not for me.
