Guest I'm in a bit of a bind and I could really use some help. This morning, we rebooted one of the cluster nodes in our two node W2K3 cluster. I change the "Backup Files and Directories" right for the cluster's group policy and didn't include the cluster service's service account in the list. Everything works just fine now. Make sure that the account is a member of the local administrators group on both nodes and that the domain account used for the cluster service is not locked or disabled. If you are really stuck you could try making the cluster service account a domain adminstrator just to get you running.
