This error can happen during the repair process, as well as other times when installing, updating, or uninstalling any version of QuickBooks, not just Enterprise. Most of the time this error is harmless and if "Ignore" is continually selected, the process will complete successfully. The file name in the error message may not be the same as shown here, but the C:\config.msi\ path will be the same. While this may seem repetitive, there are actually two possible situations to resolve shown here. The difference is the way the Error 1328 presents itself with the option buttons. Situation 1: If the Error 1328 contains the buttons Abort, Retry, and Ignore the first step is to rename the config.msi folder on the computer.
