Internal Error 2932 C Windows Installer
in to vote We encountered an installation failure issue. Here is the details:We installed our application on Windows 7. error 2932 office 2016 When we installed the application again, the setup program showed an error message and stopped the installation process. "Error 2932.Could not create file C:\Windows\Installer\{DCCAXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}\1033.mst from script data. Error: 32."I found the root cause error 2932 office 2013 is the xxxx.mst file has been locked upon launching the setup program. (e.g. C:\Windows\Installer\{DCCAD079-F92C-44DA-B258-624FC6517A5A}\1033.mst) This issue did not occur on Windows Vista. This seems to be a MSI engine's problem(msiexec.exe). It also gave me a ComponentMoveData error: -1603 in case that gives anybody any ideas. Kind of a bummer, hope there is a fix soon. Cause of the Error This error message is displayed when all of the following conditions are true: You are installing the update on a Windows http://www.instant-registry-fixes.org/fix-internal-error-2932/ 2000 computer.
