If I try to install/upgrade *any* software whatsoever, it gacks at the very end, with an error message stating "internal error 2932" and "C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{long string of numbers and letters}\ARPPRODUCTICON.exe, 131" This is driving me crazy! This may be causing this type of behavior judging by "ARPPRODUCTICON.exe" being in your error message.
