If I try to install/upgrade some software, it gacks at the very end, with an error message stating "internal error 2932" and "C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{long string of numbers and letters} 131" This is driving me crazy! Does anyone know how to fix it? I've googled myself blue, but to no avail. My computer is running Windows XP sp3. What I have done is remove all the anti-virus programs , but to no avail. The only thing that updates on a regular basis is Defender ,and the security updates for xp, no problem. Silverlight,Adobe,Skype,Driver Detective,Windows Office 2007,Google Earth have all gone, I am thinking never to be seen again . I have installed 'Little Registry Cleaner' with no problem , however, having scanned and supposedly repaired the registry - th

Internal Error 2932 Discussion in 'Other Sid Meier Games' started by Al Lowe, Nov 12, 2012. Al Lowe New Member Joined: Dec 13, 2003 Messages: 32 Location: Lansing, MI I had a problem running Pirates on error 2932 c my system. So, I figured I'd try re-installing it and see if that fixed the problem. Now I'm having a different problem. When I try to install Pirates, it runs right up to the last moment then springs a little error message on me. "Internal Error 2932 C:\Windows\Installer\{1632FD86-1BA4-4FC4-8B25-A8C655D63F68}\1033.mst, 32" And then it rolls back the installation. I've done a google search for on "Internal Error 2932," and all I get is a bunch of stupid fix it programs that want money to fix my problem. Thing is, I'm not so convinced they'll actually fix it. Has anyone come across anything remotely like this? And if so, were you able to fix it? Thanks. “You can get more with a kind word and a gun than you can with a kind word alone.” -Al Capone Al Lowe, Nov 12, 2012 #1 MajKira New Member Joined: May 10, 2010 Messages: 828 Location: HaruhiKiraGundamCarrierArchangel so you re using XP?
