I have uninstalled the iTunes program and reinstalled it, tried the troubleshooting that indicated to go to error 2932 office 2013 Programs--Accessories--Run-- msconfig and change things--NOTHING has helped!! I'm not sure the best way to do that on Windows 7, which I believe you are running. The error 2932 does not correspond to any iTunes error codes I know. It is a Windows installer error code though (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa372835.aspx)So that makes me think it is a Windows install
