Error 4 In Libqt Mt So 3.3 8
- Møn Registered: 2005-06-26 Posts: 441 Problems with libqt-mt.so Hey Guys. I've running mythTV on a server in the garage and on the frontends placed several places in my house. Lately I've updated my server and frontends and ended up with a problem that I can quite figure out. When chosen media - setting ( View recordings,movies and music - Mythtv just ending without anything. back to the desktop. But then I wiondering what to do about it - caurse this is quite strange for me ( I've installed both qt3 and qt(which is qt4) In my Logfile I'll get this error: (taken from /var/log/messages (when pressing the buttom in the GUI)Nov 2 13:42:44 asus mythfrontend[5439]: segfault at 61697269 ip b687c21d sp a6922ed0 error 4 in libqt-mt.so.3.3.8[b6371000+6e0000] Nov 2 13:50:45 asus mythfrontend[5278]: segfault at 28 ip b699221d sp bfbf83e0 error 4 in libqt-mt.so.3.3.8[b6487000+6e0000] Nov 2 13:53:43 asus mythfrontend[5486]: segfault at 28 ip b68c721d sp bf92d070 error 4 in libqt-mt.so.3.3.8[b63bc000+6e0000] Nov 2 15:07:19 asus mythfrontend[5760]: segfault at 14 ip b5eb39d3 sp a0ffd770 error 4 in libc-2.8.so[b5e86000+13c000]Ls -lah /opt/qt/lib/ shows these for libqt-mt.so: lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 14 sep 15:14 libqt-mt.so -> libqt-mt.so.3.3.8 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 14 sep 15:14 libqt-mt.so.3 -> libqt-mt.so.3.3.8 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 14 sep 15:14 libqt-mt.so.3.3 -> libqt-mt.so.3.3.8 -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 7,2M 14 sep 15:15 libqt-mt.so.3.3.8ldconfig -p Shows these: libqt-mt.so.3 (libc6) => /opt/qt/lib/libqt-mt.so.3 libqt-mt.so (libc6) => /opt/qt/lib/libqt-mt.soI've tried running ldconfig as root - but nothings change at all. What is the proper solution here ??? Should I just uninstall QT4 ??? or qt3Thanks in advance! Just getting better .... It worked OK under Ubuntu 12.04, but I've recently upgraded to 13.04 and the package is missing here (in Synaptic Package Manager).
