Spotify won't play songs but says its online. I also can't connect to online game servers now. https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/forum/discussion/3579/error-691-when-connecting-to-pia-pptp-connection-windows-8-1 The robot icon for the privateinternetaccess still says "disconnected" in my desktop tray when I hover over it. I right click and hit "connect to us east" but it doesn't do anything. OmniNegro August 2014 Posts: 4,013 You are trying to use the PIA client *AND* PPTP? No wonder things are not working. Use either one of them and leave the other out.If that fails then I have no other ideas to help. Rispir August 2014 Posts: 3 Sorry I'm new to VPN's obviously, I'll try without the PIA client I guess.
