Is there a comparable method in the MarvinSketch API that I can use to generate a URI? I am trying to get away from using MarvinView (applet problems caused by recent updates to Java), but I would also like to avoid writing images to disk (need to change the image error calling method file when the molecule changes, and sometimes need to refresh the browser). I didn't find anything in the API that seemed like it would do the trick. bzaicsek ChemAxon personnel Joined: 10 Oct 2012 Posts: 266 Back to top Posted: Fri Sep 13, 2013 3:02 pmPost subject: Dear Bob! The best I can suggest you is to generate an svg image that can be embed to html pages directly. For this you should use the headless parameter. We currently do not have other solution, but I agree we should. :) Regards:Balázs Bob Joined: 15 Jun 2004 Posts: 2597 Back to top Posted: Fri Sep 13, 2013 4:13 pmPost subject: But the SVG is binary and needs to be written directly to a file, right? I would like a format that has a text value that I can assign to a Javascript variable or write out in a JSP page. W3Schools gives this example of SVG code embedded directly into HTML: bzaicsek ChemAxon personnel Joined: 10 Oct 2012 Posts: 266 Back to top Posted: Mon Sep 16, 2013 9:00 amPost subject: Dear
in my app (no actionscript!). Is it possible that this error comes from some newrelic.jar class ? tdoherty 2014-07-07 15:33:00 UTC #3 Hi Daniel, It is difficult to say what might be causing this. But as an initial troubleshooting step, lets try to eliminate some of your browswer addons. Can you try use Chrome in Incognito mode, or with all addons disabled and see if this helps? Please let us know how that goes for you. Also, it would be very useful to know if your page has any adds in it, Google, Bing etc. Tom daniel_goldberg 2014-07-07 18:21:31 UTC #4 Hi Tom, thanks for reply. We don't have any addon in our page. I could not reproduce the error. I tested the page with IE, Firefox and Chrome (Mac and Windows environment) and nothing happens but in our page, in the last six hours, we had 65 NPObject error. We only have one js library (Strophe - https://github.com/strophe/strophejs) but it doesn't need any flash file. Do you have additional information about this error in our app? alexis 2014-07-08 16:40:04 UTC #5 To help us investigate this further, can you provide a URL to the page on your site where you're seeing this error occur? That way we can take a look at how the New Relic monitoring scripts are being injected and what they may be interacting with. NPObject is not only used for Flash or Actionscript (although this is a very common case where it appears); it's an interface to any foreign (non-Javascript) code. It also would be helpful if you could provide a permalink to the application your site is reporting to in New Relic. To create a permalink to any page within the New Relic user interface, scroll to the bottom and click 'Permalink â' all the way on the right next to 'Kiosk Mode.' This will show us the exact page and time period that you are observing. It's safe to post a permalink on the forum; only New Relic staff and users with existing access to your account will be able to use it. daniel_goldberg 2014-07-08 19:08:51 UTC #6 Hi Alexis, It's not possible to give you a link now, only certain users could access to this part of the site. I've asked to security department some dummy users for you but I need to wait for that. I could give you the development environment. Have you some secure way to do that? permalink:https://rpm.newrelic.com/accounts/39947/browser/3385755/js_errors?tw[end]=1404845872&tw[start]=1404824272 alexis 2014-07-08 19:43:00 UTC #7 Thanks for the permalink! Since it sounds like we'll need some additional information to resolve the issue, for security and privacy I will be opening a ticket for you in our ticketing system so that you can provide this inf
