It indicates a plug-in error during javascript execution. The script is usually attempting to get data from a defunct plug-in, and throws that error. I've run across it a couple of times when using the ExternalInterface call. ONE way this can happen is when the plug-in is being blocked due to security issues. The rest -- well, the error isn't very informative. Any chance you could disable your AV software long enough to try again to see what happens? canderson, Nov 4, 2010 #2 Advertisements Stevesc3 Joined: Feb 5, 2009 Messages: 12 Tried disabling security Hi, Thanks for the quick response. I tried disabling the security. Same problem. I even did a system restore to last week still no help. Any other ideas? Stevesc3, Nov 4, 2010 #

I am sorry I did not see your question until now -- In order to use TomTom Home, I would highly recommend *not* using Google Chrome -- you should use Internet Explorer as it does not work properly with Chrome (in my experience) and usually does not work with Firefox. Please try using Internet Explorer as your default browser and then try running TomTom Home again. If you still have trouble, please use the following directions to uninstall TomTom Home and get the newest version...Here are t
