Open the Services snap-in and confirm that the Print Spooler service is running. These errors are generally nothing to worry about. However if you wish to resolve them you have two options. Typically there is https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc727396(v=ws.10).aspx no need for a server to have this enabled unless you need to print to a local printer from a remote desktop session. So the first option is to disable Windows Printer Mapping for Terminal Services: 1. Click Start -> click Run -> enter "tscc.msc" without quotes -> click OK 2. Click Connections -> double click RDP-Tcp 3. Click the Client Settings http://toastergremlin.com/?p=101 tab 4. Place a check next to "Windows printer mapping" under the "Disable the following" heading. 5. Click Apply -> Close The second option to resolve these errors is to start the Print Spooler service so Terminal Services can communicate with it properly: 1. Click Start -> Run -> enter "services.msc" without quotes -> Click OK 2. Scroll down until you find "Print Spooler" 3. If the startup type is Manual or Disabled, right click the service -> Properties 4. Click the Start button -> Click OK Posted in Terminal Services, Windows « Reset lost "SA" password for SQL Server 2005 Force remote desktop connections to use SSL (Windows Server 2003) » Leave a Reply Click here to cancel reply. Actually we have 30 servers and 300 users working on it. Our monitoring tool (SCOM) is reporting serveral times during the day that a print spooler of one of the TS is crashing.Normally SCOM start's the service but not always. Then the users complain that no printers are available in the citrix session. We are using the Universal Printer Driver from Citrix and no Native drivers.I don't know why the service is crashing and I would need a solution for that asap.We have Windows 2003 SP2 installed with PS 4.5.System Eventlog:ID 7034The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly.
