The filename of this file was created through Richwin in Chinese language, and hence it's in the form of error copying file symbols when Richwin is not loaded. I had gone through the solutions suggested in microsoft website but none worked!!!! The filenames are : "Ò¬xxx.xxx" and "ÍoÍxx.xxx". (I can't remember the whole symbols so I put x's instead) The problem persist if even I had the Chinese software Richwin loaded. For your information, I am using Win 98 SE English version.I would appreciate any comments to delete the above mentioned files....
