Mode Advanced client push doesn' t work Author Message aberdan Total Posts : 23 Scores: 0 Reward points : 0 Joined: 9/27/2004 Status: offline Advanced client push doesn' t work Monday, September 27, 2004 4:24 PM (permalink) 0 Hello Everybody, The setup is SMS 2003 without SP1 and XP SP1 client. The push account is setup correctly. When I try to push the client to the (WS14) machine(s) is not working. In %systemroot%\system32\ccmsetup is creating 2 files: MobileClient.tcf ccmsetup.exe.xxxxx (where xxxx= fna02848) The HKLM\software\microsoft\SMS doesn' t exist and also the same CCM folder in the system32 so no logs on the http://www.networksteve.com/enterprise/topic.php/SCCM_Client_installation_error:_failed_(64)/?TopicId=51629&Posts=8 client machine and the same in the ~temp folder on the client side. With the same setup I pushed successfully and advanced client on the DC of the site server and on a XP SP1 client machine which resides in a vmware environment. The manually install works perfectly, the same SMS server(on the XP SP1 vmware OS I pushed updates etc). When pushing the client, there is http://www.myitforum.com/forums/Advanced-client-push-doesn39-t-work-m79278.aspx not other process which like ccmsetup.exe that I can see in the task manager). I tried to delete the ccmsetup folder and try again but still don' t work. I don' t want to install the clients through login script. I would really appreciate to give me another idea because I don' t know what else I can do. Thank you very much for all the help, Alex Below the ccm.log from the SITE server: Waiting for change in directory " C:\SMS\inboxes\ccr.box" for queue " Incoming" , (30 minute backup timeout). $$
