Technote iea705i (troubleshooting) Problem(Abstract) IEA705I: ERROR: ERROR DURING GETMAIN SYS CODE = 878-10 Cause Not enough region=0m virtual private area to satisfy the request. Causing memory fragmentation because system not recycled often enough, or region size is too small Resolving the problem 1) Bounce Connect:Enterprise on a scheduled basis to clean up any fragmentation.2) Increase the Region size (min of 5M). This depends on size of VSAM files & number processes in one step.
