Rendered out using AME using H.264 codec. Tried both the automatic 'magic dvd' option and manually creating a dvd. You've have compressed it there, and then again when iMovie encodes it a second time. My guess is that iDVD doesn't play well with h.264 encodes because it's a computational intensive codec that iDVD cannot reencode again. Just export a self contained movie with the original editing codec and use that. Do not convert to h.264. David S.
