I have manually deleted all .Net Framework packages and reinstalled. I have applied Microsoft Fix It 50123. I have used the .NET cleanup tool to uninstall all .NET Framework packages twice and reinstalled in the correct order (3.5 first then 1.1 etc) and still I cannot get these updates to install. I opened a request for assistance via email and was simply referred back to here.
