Resolution This error is a Blackberry App World related issue and is technically not supported by Salesforce. You can provide the user with the below information that should resolve their issue.To solve these issues, you must navigate to Payment Options. Follow the path:Blackberry App World | My Account | Payment OptionsYou will then be asked to log in. Once logged in, you can back out or return to App World. The issue should be resolved and the user should now be able to install the Salesforce Mobile AppAlternate Method1. Shutdown your phone and remove your battery and sim2. Reinsert the battery (do not insert the sim yet) and turn on your blackberry phone3. Type in your blackberry id and password. You'll get an error saying id is not correct. Ignore this error.4. Shut down your blackberry again and remove the battery5. Now reinsert your sim and battery6. Under Options, find Blackberry Id or simply type it if you're using os77. Filed Under Fix Recently I got Error ID: 30702 on my Blackberry. Initially I suspected problem on BB side, but after researching on the web it is common problem. Following instructions on this post I've tried to login to payment options, but I've received same error Error ID: 30702. Following further posts error id I logged in in blackberry app world. Unlike other reports my login was successful. Then something else was wrong. Looking at my account I've noticed that my e-mail address was unconfirmed. I followed instructions and confirmed my E-mail. This allowed me to login to my app world gain. So solution to Error ID: 30702 for me was to confirm my e-mail address. Key in your Blackberry Id and password.Error message appears, stating you have 9 more try to key in the correct password bla bla bla. Ignore it.Now, just shut down your device again. Pull the battery out. Reinsert your SIM card.Reinsert your battery.Wait till the phone restart.Find Blackberry Id (under option) or if you are using os7 - just type to search for blackberry Id. Enter your correct Id (e-mail address and password).The save it. (Click blackberry button, click save).Now your blackberry should be working correctly and you can starts download from App World again.
