able to route faxes or send notification messages. The server also has Exchange 2003 and IIS on it. Yesterday I upgraded to McAfee's VirusScan 8 enterprise and to GroupShield 6 (on this server). I saw an article that said I have to disable the "Prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail" in the Access Protection Settings. I did that, but am still unable to route the incoming faxes or send confirmations . I am attaching the two event log errors that I receive. thanks for any help Event Type: Error Event Source: Microsoft Fax Event Category: Inbound Event ID: 32083 Date: 12/30/2004 Time: 11:45:50 AM User: N/A Computer: SERVER Description: Unable to route fax C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Queue\1C4EE54447EA2.tif to the requested e-mail address. I am running MS Win2k3 Server with SBS and Exchange 2003. I have tried just about everything. Let me specify also that everything worked fine (it seems anyway) until I installed SP1.
