Error description Reproduced on V5R20 SP6 with customer DB Scenario: 1.Start smarteam editor. 2.Login to editor. 3.Close smarteam editor. KO== > Error No: 32766 Catastrophic failure 4.After closing editor,license seems to be not released. Current Result== > After closing smarteam editor "error 32766: C atastrophic failure" is given. License doesn???t get released. Expected result== > Smarteam editor should get closed successful ly without giving any error. After closing smarteam editor, lic ense should get released. The INFORMIXDIR environment variable is probably not set properly. INFORMIXDIR points to the directory that contains the msg directory where message files are stored. You may have moved that old component from a previous install to a newer machine.I don't think it has ever been updated to run native on Intel Macs so you would need to run the app under Rosetta.
