Error No Authorized Interlink

RF6 tech support has replaced the controller two times insisting that it is a controller internal security failure. I have explained to them that the computer sees and identifies it correctly by name and that I have used it with Clear-View 5.30 but, they still say it is a controller issue. I have installed it on an older notebook and it works correctly though it is unusable due to fps issues on that system. I have advised RF6 tech support that with the third controller the issue is still evident and what do they want me to do now. I have received no further guidance from them and I fear they are stumped. INFO: RF6 ver 6.5 Windows 8 64 bit (upgraded when I got the error message on Windows 7 Ultimate hoping that would fix it) The computer is a high-end gaming machine. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Most of the power supplies that come in computers are on the low side. If you have all of the USB ports being used, unplug several of them and give that a try. If it works fine at that point you know it's the power supply not being able to support all the USB ports being used at once. When I worked for Knife Edge it was one of the common problems reported, but it always had to do with the users power supply to be good enough.
