I get http://stackoverflow.com/questions/39607334/postgres-trigger-creation-error-no-language-specified-sql-state-42p13 the "ERROR: no language specified". I added the line ' LANGUAGE plpgsql; to the end, but still am facing the same problem. Please find below my trigger for your kind reference. CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER delete_all_entities AFTER DELETE ON http://forums.enterprisedb.com/posts/list/622.page entity_metadata DECLARE COUNT numeric(10); BEGIN COUNT=SELECT COUNT(*) from workgroup WHERE workgroup_id=OLD.workgroup_id; IF COUNT=0 THEN delete from workgroup where workgroup_id=OLD.workgroup_id; END IF; END; 'LANGUAGE plpgsql; I think am missing something. Thanks in advance. (The list of accepted languages are, AFAICT in the Docs) It would seem logical, that the language field is obligatory and needs to be valid to use The Service properly (invalid language -> no build image for it -> 😢). However, this does not seem to be the case: With no language specified the build language error no language magically falls back to ruby With invalid language specified (set to _ here) the error is silently swallowed and the build language magically falls back to ruby without any mention thereof In both cases "no language set" is displayed in the build overview (2). The expected behaviour for lack of language would be to either: mention the fallback in the docs error with "invalid .travis.yml" The expected behaviour for invalid language would be to error with "invalid .travis.yml" nabijaczleweli added a commit to skorezore/gaem that referenced this issue Oct 7, 2015 nabijaczleweli travis-ci/travis-ci#4895 e878fb4 rubik commented Oct 21, 2015 I encountered this issue as well. This is annoying. There should also be a value to unset it (i.e. do nothing by default before before_install). jakemcgraw commented Oct 23, 2015 👍 encountered this behavior when using TravisCI to deploy a static site to S3.
