On the Toshiba website I can see different part numbers of Satellite A300 and yours belongs to the PSAJ0E series. Furthermore you should extract all files from the zip-archive before you start the update. My notebook series is PSAJ0E. Zip-archive was extracted before start update. I don't understand what i do incorrectly. There is error that " device is not supported". What is device?
