Up till nowon this year we have 3 broken gps, fortunately the gps module on the cmm itself not broken. But there arecases where lightning hit the gps and cmm micro as well, make the cmm not working again, must bereplaced with the new one.I read on this site:http://manuals.packetflux.com/index.php ... ync-sourceCanopy radio can used as a sync source for a syncInjector. If that happens to cmm micro, so there is no need to buy new gps :)Not worrying it will be probably hit by the lighting some time.Second question is how to protect the gps from lightning ?Thanks in advance.Arief Yudhawarman Report Inappropriate Content Message 1 of 15 (651 Views) Reply 0 Kudos nucoles Super Contributor Posts: 302 Registered: 03-11-2008 Re: Canopy Radio as a Sync Source for CMM and how to protect gps Options Mark as New Subscribe Subscribe to RSS Feed Highlight Print Email to a Friend Report Inappropriate Content 08-19-2010 03:08 PM If you run a sync cable from an SM or a PacketFlux Syncinjector Parasitic to the t
