Has been working fine (from 2 weeks ago) up until yesterday. Now cannot log-in. Today, on power up, reported the black 'Failed to shutdown properly' screen (or whatever the usual message is). Have seen this occasionally if pc is turned off while in sleep mode, so thought nothing of it. 'Enter to start windows normally' allowed boot-up to proceed to the Switch User account selection screen. (Sorry the preceding error messages are vague, wasn't expecting any later issues.)
