Windows 7 Ultimate x64, AMD Athlon X2 Dual CoreProcessor 4000+ 2.10Ghz, 4GB DDR2 800 RAM, BFG Nvidia 8800GTS OC. I am getting userdata.dll is missing windows 7 an error message when I Restart, Shutdown and simply Turn On my computer.
