Since I have updated my PC to XP SP3, my pc is running just fine right now. However when Thread Tools Search this Thread 10-26-2011, 06:56 AM #1 sooyong94 Registered Member Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 21 OS: Windows 8.1 Pro OK. Since I have updated my PC to XP SP3, my pc is running just fine right now. However when I try to load Device manager or anything related to mmc.exe, an error message regarding the entry point not found is displayed instead. After searching around the Internet, it turns out I have to uninstall SP3 and reinstall the standalone version but it is a tedious and time-consuming process. Anyway to fix this? I have a slipstreamed XP SP3 CD anyway. Remove Advertisements Sponsored Links TechSupportForum.com Advertisement 10-26-2

I see all the tabs, however, when I install/run it on my Windows 7 64bit desktop, its throws an application error.I see this when I open ADUC.I click ok, and ADUC opens, however, when I "right click" on a user, I receive the following(click the image if you don't see it., I see it when I click on it, but not in the post.):Associated Event Logs:Application ErrorEvent ID: 1000, Source: Application ErrorFaulting application name: mmc.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc3f1Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16695, time stamp: 0x4cc7ab86Exception code: 0xc0000005Fault offset: 0x00038db9Faulting process id: 0x7acFaulting application start time: 0x01cc08dba362955cFaulting application path: C:\Windows\system32\mmc.exeFaulting module path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dllReport Id: e65f4ded-74ce-11e0-8cbd-005056c00008System Error, Event ID: 26Application popup: rundll32.exe - Fatal Application Exit : Failed Execute Command C:\Windows\system32\dsa.msc
My question is:Has anyone has an issue like this, or been success in deploying the admin tools, with the exchange toolkit and resource tools?Am I overlooking something? Is this 1 of those very limited few applications that cannot be thinapp'd?I app
