Do you have the same error message with the user "born"?You can open a support ticket in your "Support" section of your admin panel. Could not retrieve directory listing PORT command successful Error listing directory '/'. I tried connecting to ftp error various linux hosts but all returned the same msg. But SFTP works though. WinSCP 4.0.4 Is there some setting I got to use to connect via FTP ?
