Ftp Error 426 Iseries
20 February 2004, 11:20 AM EST Posts: 37 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts broken pipe sometimes I ftp files from an Unix environment from the command prompt of my win2000 pc and I get a "broken pipe" message. sometimes I'll get nothing but sometimes I'll get part of the file. Whats this "broken pipe" about?? We’ve tried both CyberDuck and Transmit and the uploading just halts at around 360-370MB. Cyberduck displays a “Broken Pipe” error, while Transmit displays a “Control connection timed out” error. According to Videohive, the maximum file size an author can upload is 1GB, so surely it can’t be the file size that’s causing the problem. The project was zipped using OSX’s default Compress command. Resuming the upload doesn’t work. Any ideas? We’ve also tried uploading through Videohive’s web interface to no avail. Thanks in advance, DWF EDIT: Just noticed this: “If you experience any issues with the FTP upload process, contact Support with the details of your attempted upload, including the operating system and the FTP client you are using and the error you experienced.” Mods please delete this thread if you deem it’
