Im paired, I can connect - but when I try to send the file I get "request could not be honored". I tried some other files, and the only one that worked was a small 8 byte text file. Everything else I have tried has given me the above error. Any ideas? Share Share this post on Digg Twitter Share on Facebook Reddit! Your PCs BlueTooth setting needs to be configured to accept file transfers. For Windows 7: 1. Go to Show BlueTooth Settings 2. Right Click on Transformer Prime TF201 3. Select Properties 4. Select Services tab 5. Make sure "File Transfer (Obex)" is checked Share Share this post on Digg Twitter Share on Facebook Reddit! I managed to transfer mp3- and wma-files, but all other filetypes gave message "request could not be honored". Are there restrictions on which kind of files to transfer??? I think my problem was the bluetooth file transmit protocols were not being turned on to receive files. Is there a way to turn these on without the need to launch this program? I can send thing FROM the phone to my computer, but when I try to send someting to the phone, I get an error: "The request could not be honored" The phone is discoverable, and the PC and phone are paired, as I said I can send things from the Phone to the PC but not the other way around. Even when I have the phone set to receive a file, I get this error, though the phone pops up asking me to rename the file and choose a location for it. 07-10-2007,07:10 PM #2 cherrichiodo PINStacked! Either way the error message doesn't change. 07-10-2007,07:18 PM #4 cherrichiodo PINStacked!
