in response to Mitch 751 Level 1 (0 points) Jun 18, 2006 5:45 PM in response to Mitch 751 Hi, I have the same problem with my 512M iPod Shuffle. I didn't find a solution on this page (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=301267).What heppened: I connected it on another laptop because I wanted to reset it and synchronized with a differend iTune. Everithing was OK - it erase it but when I restarted my PC I wasn't able to access it. So I tried to restore its firmware but I ipod touch error had this error. I tried the same thing on the other PC (where the iPod worked) without success. The same result I had and with my laptop on the work - so 3 copleately different PCs - the same story. FYI: It was formated as a key memory at the same time as a MP3 player, so now I can see Removable Disk in the Windows explorer but the is nothing inside. Please HELP! Do I have to throw it away? Reset the IPod thrice and then connect it to the computer/Laptop.2. Then Format the Removable drive in "My computer" to FAT 32 type.3. Then try restoring the IPod Using IPod Updater.4. Try the same steps in all the USB ports if it fails and then try in a different computer..5. If possible use another shuffle and try the sane steps..6. If another shuffle works fine, then send this iPod (with error) for service.. For sending it to service please visit the link "depot.info.apple.com/" Also Refer the link "http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=302204"Please revert back on clarifications...Good luck.Bye Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by Svet, Svet Jun 19, 2006 5:30 AM in response to Devz Level 1 (0 points) Jun 19, 2006 5:30 AM in response to Devz Hi, Thank you for your advaices but t
